2. Hosting and server logs

The domain and email infrastructure are managed through STRATO. The technical delivery of this website is provided through the website hosting service ChatGPT Sites used by us and the related hosting, security and content delivery infrastructure. When you access the website, technically necessary connection data is processed in server logs. This may include your IP address, the date and time of access, the requested page, the volume of data transferred, browser type and operating system.

This processing is necessary to provide the website securely and reliably and is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the technically correct and secure operation of our website.

The hosting, security, email and IT providers used process data only to the extent required for the respective purpose. We do not combine server log data with other data sources.

3. Contact form and email

The contact form does not send data through this website. Continuing merely prepares a new message in the email application on your device. Your entries are neither transferred to nor stored on our web server. They are sent to us only when you send the prepared email yourself.

Once you email us, we process the information you provide to respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual or contractual enquiries and otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the appropriate handling of business enquiries. Providing information is voluntary; without sufficient contact details, we may be unable to respond.

In its intended basic configuration, this website does not use analytics or marketing services. Fonts and image files are served locally. Cookies requiring consent are not currently intended.
